  1. YOKOHAMAホイールが誇る７本スポークオリジナルデザインの最新モデル。
  2. ４段階の金型鍛造工程で順を追ってホイール成型することにより、デザインの細かなディテールまで再現した鍛造１ピースホイール。
  3. ナットホール間に“AVS FORGED”のロゴを１ｍｍ以上の深さで鍛造凹文字打刻。
  4. カラーバリエーションは、最新の光輝系塗料を使用したハイテクな仕上り感のプラチナブラックとプラチナシルバーの２色（サイズにより設定されないカラーがあります）。
  5. センターオーナメントはすべてアルミ材を使用。リング部はアルミ削り出しのクロームメッキ仕上げ。オーナメント部はアルミ鍛造成型品をマットシルバーに仕上げ、さらに凹ロゴ文字部分にブラックの色指しを施した仕上げ。リングを固定する６個のボルトはステンレスを使用（全カラー共通）。
  6. スポーク上にスポークオーナメントを埋め込み配置。これも材質はアルミ材を使用し、鍛造成型品にクロームメッキを施し、さらに凹ロゴ文字部分にブラックの色指しを施した仕上げ。

  2. Utilizes four forging forms to create a one-piece wheel that allows a whole new level of surface detail.
  3. AVS FORGED logo is molded 1mm deep and surrounds the bolt holes.
  4. Uses advanced hyper finish coatings; Platinum Black and Platinum Silver offer a high-tech look. (Platinum Black may not be available in some sizes)
  5. The center ornaments are all aluminum. The rings are machined aluminum with chrome plating. After the ornaments are form-forged, 　they are finished in mat silver with engraved black lettering. 　(Same for all wheel colors)
  6. Spoke ornaments are embedded on the spokes. These aluminum ornaments are chrome plated after forging, and are finished with black engraved lettering. (All colors have the same spoke ornaments)
鍛造製を誇らしげにアピールするセンターの凹文字。金型鍛造製法ならではのロゴ掘り込みは深さで1ｍｍある。また、センターのオーナメントも当然ながらすべてアルミ材を使ったもの。アルミ削出しリングは、クロームメッキ処理。またセンターオーナメントは鍛造で文字彫りした上で、マット調のシルバーメッキに文字色指しを行っている。

The word “FORGED” engraved into the wheel proudly proclaims its origins. Achievable only with molds, the depth of the letters in the logo is 1mm. Of course the center ornament is also aluminium. The machined aluminium ring is chrome plated. Also, the center ornament is mat silver plated and ornament’s lettering and logos are produced in the mold forging process and then colored.
AVS MODEL 7シリーズのトレードマークともいえるスポークオーナメント。リム部から立ち上がり、アールを越えてセンターに落ち込んでいくスポーク形状になぞられて埋め込まれる。ストレート部分に埋め込むのではない為、高い加工精度が要求される。スポークオーナメント自体は、アルミ鍛造で文字を彫り込み、クロームメッキ＆色指しの仕上げである。

The spoke ornament is the trademark of the AVS Model 7 Series. The logo is engraved into the spoke where it begins its downward swoop toward the center after rising from the rim. Because the engraved logo is not on a flat surface, doing it well requires top-notch processing technology. The spoke ornament itself is aluminium with engraved letters, finished with chrome plating and colored lettering.
